Please be advised of the current and forthcoming road works in the Parish

Cotswold Cottage, Butterow Hill, Stroud

What: 24/7 road closure for wall repair works
Where: Cotswold Cottage- see link above for details of the exact location
When: 4th November to 13th December 2024 under 24/7 closure

Gloucestershire County Council will shortly be undertaking investigation works to the
damaged wall at Cotswold Cottage, Butterow Hill.
To maintain a safe working zone and pedestrian access, they will need to close the road with a closure
in place 24/7 for safety of the public and work crew.
Parking on the road will not be available in the area as marked red overleaf.

Road closure of part of the The Roundabouts Road, from its junction with Brimscombe Hill to outside
the property known as 'No. 1', for a distance of approximately 180 metres from 9th December 2024 until 24th January 2025 or until the works have been completed.

The reason for the said closure is for Gas Mains replacement works.

Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road, and emergency access, will be maintained.

Please be advised of the following closure:

Quarhouse Lane to Middle Lypiatt from the property known as 'Nether
Lypiatt Manor' to south of the entrance to the property known as 'Toadsmoor House'
for an approximate distance of 300metres.

This road will be closed from 06/01/2025 to 10/01/2025 to allow for electrical cabling and connection works.

Emergency and pedestrian access will be maintained.

This road will be closed (as per the plan below) from 27/01/2025 to 29/01/2025 to allow for blockage clearance works by Gigaclear.
