Fromeside Playing Field

CONDITIONS OF USE:

1. All persons use this facility at their own risk.
2. This facility is only to be used as a playing field.
3. No digging into the surface is allowed.
4. No dogs allowed.
5. In the interests of safety please do not bring glass or alcohol into the area.
6. Brick structures and metal covers in the area must not be interfered with.
7. Use of this field for commercial or profit-making activities is chargeable and can only be carried out on the facility subject to satisfactory payment and written permission of the Parish Council (see below).
8. All litter to be removed from the field.
9. All gates must be kept closed.

INFORMATION:

1. There are no public toilet facilities locally.
2. There are no First Aid facilities provided.

Brimscombe & Thrupp Parish Council cannot accept responsibility or liability for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever which may arise resulting from the use of this facility, except so far as provided by statute.

If you would like to hire Fromeside Playing Field please complete and return the following form to the Parish Council, either by email to: clerk@brimscombeandthrupp-pc.gov.uk or by post to: Brimscombe and Thrupp Parish Council, Flat 3, Greenhill, Middle Road, Thrupp, Stroud, GL5 2DW

The Parish Council will consider applications at monthly full Council meetings and will respond as soon as possible regarding the booking and any fees payable.
